EDITORIAL EVALUATION

In order to give your readers a book they will enjoy (perhaps even learn from) requires a great deal of details. We know you placed a lot of dedication into your manuscript, but even experienced authors overlook their own mistakes sometimes. Since the editorial quality of your book will have significant impact on your readers and its ultimate success, it is important to have an independent professional look over your book before it is published. Our Editorial Assessment examines a portion of your work (typically the first chapter or about 3,500 words) and provides you with a specific sample edit. This edit includes changes you can make to improve your book as well as a general overview of your manuscript with constructive comments for improvement. The typical time frame for the Editorial Assessment is three weeks. This offer is part of the basic package. However, should you decide to pursue full editing of your material, your manuscript will receive the utmost attention from one of our professional editors, who will address the issues raised in the assessment and help you make your book the best it can be, as part of the full-package.

PROFESSIONAL DESIGN

It is a well-known fact that most readers want to learn more about your book by the appeal of its cover. The old adage of “never judge a book by its cover,” specifically proves this point. To entice readers to discover and purchase your book you must capture their interest with a compelling cover design. As such, professional designers, photographers and desktop publishing specialists will turn your manuscript into a ready-for-public piece, including a turnkey procedure encompassing professional editing, design, photography, color processing, and marketing material. Our experts are well versed on the specific needs and requirements of electronic distribution (such as Amazon, Kindle, and others) and they will make sure that your book meets these stringent requirements in order to minimize time-consumption and get your book to its desired target audience.

SUPPORT FOR OUR AUTHORS

One-on-one author support. You will be assisted by author support representatives who specialize in each phase of production. During the publishing process, you will be assisted by a Publishing Specialist who will help you get your materials finalized and ready for publishing. If your book needs editorial work, illustrations or re-design--because your needs will change as we move forward towards publishing-- you will be assisted by a member of our editorial team until your material is ready to reach the public.

GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION

We will facilitate an extensive online book-distribution network to help your book get noticed by readers and book buyers in the literary marketplace. Once you are published, your book will be available through a number of distribution channels: the Books in Print® database, our online bookstore, and two leading book wholesalers in the United States. Your book will also be available for sale online through external retailers such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and other resellers that may pick up your book from leading book wholesalers.

US COPYRIGHT

We will assist you in registering your work with the U.S. Copyright Office. This will afford you peace of mind as well as a public record of your ownership of the material. ALLWORLD PUBLISHING will complete and submit the necessary paperwork to the U.S. Copyright Office with a copy of your book. Once registration is complete, you will receive an official certificate that verifies your book’s coverage under U.S. copyright regulations.

Steps/fulfillment timeline:

• Copyright forms are completed and sent to the U.S. Copyright Office with a copy of your book.

• It takes 6 to 12 months for the author to receive the completed Certificate of Registration from the copyright office. AllWorld Publishing will receive digital notification when the certificate is sent out to the authors.
